ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಮಿತಿ ಇವರ ನೆತ್ರುತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ  ಹೊಸನಗರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ  ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆ ಬೆಳ್ಳೂರು ಎಂಬಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ದಿನದ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನೆ ದಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ.ಜೀವಾ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಇದರ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಗುರುಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅರ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳೂರು ಇವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪತ್ರ ನೆನಪಿನ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ನಿಡಲಾಯಿತು.
