ಇಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರಸೀದಿಯ ಮಾದರಿಯನ್ನು ಮುದ್ರಿಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿ,
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಶುಲ್ಕ ದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಳಿಸಿಕೊಡಬಹುದು.
